If a purse snatcher deserves to be shot like this (unarmed and non threatening to security personals), then Malik and his gang deserves more based on his self-defined criterion. They have looted Billions and made people do such crimes on streets.

I neither wish to defend Rahman Malik nor rangers, but lets not downplay this “purse-snatcher”, he was part of a gang of mobile snatchers and we know mobile snatchers are no “purse snatchers”, other than that I agree with your verdict regarding Rahman Malik though it should be through proper justice system.
