sorry ajaz, but why don’t people refrain from ‘deen se doori’ comments in each and every thread in Culture forum dealing with local customs? I have already given explanations why this particular thread gone in that direction. We are okay with tagging ‘sub-continent people as most racist’, but when someone give reasons / factors behind such behavior (that others may agree or not), then we are not okay with it. Did anyone stop others to explain others reasons (cultural, etc) behind such behavior? Did I support racism in the name of race and language in any of my post?
I’m saying it in public forum now that it was below the belt when you asked me to change my signature. Why? Because I don’t want to keep silence on the hatred and bias in the name of religion?
