Yes it's true. It's true that a couple of hundred years ago women were burned as witches in England and America too. Not to mention shoodars were made to eat their own crap in India at some point in history. Bizarre isn't it?

See eXtreme,, that is what I am trying to say here.. All the religions have their problems be it Hinduism, Christianity, Islam or Judaism. Of course making Shoodars eat their crap and burning women alive is probably the worst example. It is allways good to listen to what others have to say. Having a blind faith in something goes against what Allah say to his people. Learn, gain knowledge. Ataining knowledge means questioning things and looking for answers. Believe me, if god did not want us to question things he wouldn't have created us with the ability to doubt and question.

To quote big words does not make you vaguely intelligent: what you are critisising is human nature, religion as redundant as you claim it to be happens to form ground/base morals for a lot of people, it gives them something to aspire to, it gives them hope, security, love comfort.
A liken, for one fleeting moment, religion to your child, every mother claims it is "the best" so to speak. Now if she is happy in that illusion, and being no sinless wonder yourself, who are you to pick holes in her illusion.
It is this happy delusion not ignorance which is bliss.
You evil evil man.

What about those daughters who were buried right away after their birth. where those non-arabs too. maybe your point is correct. but your way of criticism is not correct. First we have to look at our own. Then ask others.

They were arabs but that time was known as Jahiliyah(pre islam), and it was a practice of pagan arabs.
This practice was stopped when it was revealed in the quran, to not kill your children.. (will post the verse when i find it)..
yes. there was racism in Arabia and a great deal in Persia. But Islam did bring about a change.
But many pre-islamic books and literature in Arabic and Persian have been translated in 19th century to English to sell to English by Arabs Iranians etc to make money. To appease them they put anti-negro tones to the translations. So to even to judge these pre-Islamic works you must in all fairness try to read the originals in original language if awailable before accusing them of racism.
Take Arabian Nights - you have to get an older version in English - it has racist undertones in places. But read the same work in urdu it does not have any such thing.
But we are all human and we err may Allah forgive us and guide us. I am sure all these people who are offended - above - by the discovered racism will now start inviting the black muslims to their weekly one-dish parties, Aqiqas, marriages, Jumagis, saalgirahs and so on. And if you don't, each time remeber I called you HYPOCRATES and hollow posturers.
