Re: Race II
I thought of much worse language when our dear president went visiting his chateaus and palaces while the people drowned in the country.
Re: Race II
1) PPP is finished, unless the old PPP consisting of real patrons comes back with a leader like Shah Mahmmoo Qureshi or Aitezaz Ahsan.
2) PML[N] wont call for early elections, they are waiting for this term to end so they can get the next one.
3) Altaf Hussain the terrorist needs to come to Pakistan first to lead the revolution. A band of paid bhattakhors and convicted murderers cant lead revolutions.
4) The only one that is really sincere to lead it would be Imran Khan, only he can turn constitution avenue islamabad into tehrir square... He needs more people like Shireen Mazari in his party.
5) We already saw some traces of the Egypt like protests back in march 2009, when the judiciary was restored. Police started joining the ranks of the protesters and Govt barricades failed miserably. The arm chief had to step in and get the Govt to meet the demands of the protestors.
1) I agreed, PPP won't be winning next election be it today or in two years time... they may win few sits here and there ( mainly in rural areas where land-lords and peers order to vote to particular person) otherwise there ain't much left for PPP...
2) I would disagree on this, PML(N) feels that their popularity level have gone down from 2008/9, they feel that if they wait for another two years (i.e. complete the term) then with the PPP govt. they may suffer with the same... they have already lost the areas in KP and they have done little to re-gain it since...so for them the best bet is to go for long-march and play the role of savior for the people and get the votes..
3) Altaf is no way near to national politics, his main focus is to get money to lead a lavish life in UK.. for that he is ready to join hands with anyone in the center... bad thing for the people of Karachi..
4) Imran Khan do not want the elections this year, instead he should wait for the govt to complete its term and then go for election, there is a good chance that he'll do much better in these elections if he played his cards right
5) Egyptians woke up after 30 years or so, we Pakistanies can get the same or better result within 4/5 days...half the time results comes in matter of hours and not days... but i don't want to go that road.. yet i am being pushed by the govt...
All in all, any party with following points in there manifesto will do good in election,
a) Fight Against corruption ( these won't to good to PPP, JUI and ANP) (would do good to MQM, PTI and PMLN)
b) More administrative units, i.e. more provinces, before Ayoub's One unit, Pakistan had more than four provinces, the parties can work to make new provinces for better administration and development..
c) Economic growth - conditioned with uninterpreted and cheap supply of electricity and gas to the industrial units through out Pakistan, more industrial zones through out the country, more economic development activities
d) Giving up war against Terrorism ( would be difficult for ANP, MQM, PMLN, PPP to say or do so) and cleaning the internal mess with swift power and dialogue ( Good point for PTI)
e) Education & Justice on war-footing basis ( impossible task for PPP, ANP) ( selling point for MQM, PTI and PMLN)
these are few elements which shall be used for the coming elections, i am sure the turn over in the coming elections shall be higher than we have seen in any election... it is job of political parties and ours to make people vote, create awareness and let them know how one vote can change their destiny...

The only thing Imran Taliban is sincere about is "negotiations" with Taliban khariji terrorists.

Re: Race II
Kido, you don't even know what the word 'khariji' means. This word has a religious connotation. Not everyone you consider a terrorist is a khariji.
What do you mean he is not a sell-out? Are you saying that his support to Taliban for being Pashtun is justified because he is a Pashtun too?
I can understand you siding with Imran Taliban in his support of takfiri terrorism against Pakistani state and Pakistan army. These takfiri terrorists have destroyed Pakistan and its economy. But racism against Urdu speakers present in Imran and people like you makes you side with Talibanic morons.
ALLAH reham karay Pakistan pe, if this is what our educated community's mentality is then i feel sorry for jahils who get all the blame. I fully support Imran Khan and will inshallah make every effort to vote for him even i am not in Pakistan.
Just for your knowledge, i am not a taliban supporter, i often get criticised for supporting Musharaff because people think he is kafir/American lover, yahoodi agent etc etc. I also got criticised for supporting Salman Taseer as i thought he was wrongly killed and we should throw shoes at his killer rather than flowers.
I had no personal reason to support Taseer (don't support PPP) or Musharaff but it's just my belief that they got criticised for wrong reasons. What i am trying to say is that people like you need to come out of your little world where you think everyone in the world is against you and think logically. I don't support Imran's opinion about taliban but how on earth can you ignore everythingelse that he supports???? You see nothing wrong with MQM terrorists who have created hell for millions of people but have guts to criticise Imran Khan who ACTUALLY helps people without being part of government?? Now don't bring that same excuse that Mustafa Kamal is great administrator, has done a lot for Karachi blah blah blah ? Shahbaz Sharif is great administrator as well, doesn't change the fact the he belongs to a party with no agenda, no direction and is full of hypocrites ( just like MQM is full of terrorists).
Wake up!!!!

How will you negotiate with people that reject the constitution of Pakistan? I am not against talking but remember, successful negotiations are those where there is "give and take" as Musharraf said when someone asked him about palestine in america. What will Pakistan take and give to taliban, who probably think of everyone on this forum as munafiq / kaafirs liable to be killed for supporting the kaafirs against them. They kill anyone who talks against them and Imran saab wants to withdraw security forces from there? I say FC needs to become like RCMP and army units need to stationed for specialized backup be it from some heavily armed nutcases or across the border from afghanistan.
Re: Race II
Those who talk about revolution in Pakistan.
I knew there is a need but.
There were no arms with public in Egypt and Tunis .
Every area of Pakistan is full of legal and illegal arms.
People are not ethnically united now.
The people other than people of central Punjab are not ready to believe any .......
They even don't trust army or other institutions.
Don't think of a revolution here. Just remember two nights and a day after assassination of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
There is a way perhaps.
Establishment can do that with clear promise and assurance to not to take power in its hand.
They can find people in present assemblies for a transit period to next election.
