Knockoout - you’re partly right- that drinking is a phase and I will probably stop enjoying it at some point and will then stop drinking. Or if I ever think that it is against god’s will I will stop then. But I certainly at thiS point do not believe so at present.

Oh a vast majority of pEople who have actiually accomplished something in this world do like their glass of wine. I do not for a moment believe that god considers them any less because of that.

I am not pretending to be your judge but its a muslims duty to let other muslims know what to steer clear of and unfortunately in this case it is you. If it were some genuinely debatable issue of academic merit then I can understand differing opinions or different interpretations of scripture but your view points are not based on any Islamic scripture yet you propagate all sorts of commentary related to it. If you were to debate politics with me I may not be so averse to your views but first learn something about Islam and then discuss. Your views are never to discuss Islam but always to come and ridicule muslims and Islam. A muslim does not do that, period. There is no gray area in saying that.

For once answer my question i.e. Do you call yourself a muslim or not? Are you a muslim or not?
