For decades they worked hard to fid the ways to work in association with local Sindhi leaders. Muhajirs were treated like the Jews in Germany however.
Comparison with Jews is not correct. Jews never had a party called "Jewish National Movement" in Germany. They never were running a bureaucracy, military leadership, and major corporations.
Krystalnacht (Crystal Night) was against middle class Jewish business, and not against mega industries like BMW. As there were few Jewish people in the higher echelons of German society.
