Average period btwn the on/off times, about 2-3 months…but had only been doing it for about 2-3 years before trying to quit in college…after starting n stopping a couple of times, quit cold turkey…never went back to it, no cravings wotsoever and no desire to anymore…just had a lot of stress in my life back then but now i’ve found other ways of coping, so i’m much more happy and healthy
