Mir baloch is right , Kalat was vassal state of durrani empire rather than part of it. Baloch people were allies of Afghans rather than their subjugated subjects…balochs contributed troops to durrani military compaigns, chief of kalat himself rode with Ahmad shah abdali to panipat war.
But here i am not talking about Kalat state or baloch areas, the pashtun belt of balochistan was part of Afghanistan untill 1893…baloch nationalists and separatists do not claim any pashtun territory of balochistan. Here is durand line treaty,
