Sympathies to the families of those murdered. Killing people while at worship is one of the lowliest acts.

Absolutely disgusting .... tougher legislation against sectarianism is needed - perhaps such as locking away sectarian inciters for life, together with financial incentives for people to anonymously rat out those in their communities who spread sectarian sentiments.
May Allah have mercy on those killed, may He bring comfort to their families and friends, and may the murderers receive their due penalty in this life and in the next.

I absolutely agree with you! Why the hell do Pakistani do that, and on jummah in a masjid, gosh, totally disgusting.
Why is this shia and sunni thing going on the most in pakistan??
44 people have died. At least they caught one of the murderers alive. I wish they disclose who this person is and what group he belogns to.
The sectarian fuelled garbage from the Shia news is no better than that coming from the wahabi side. The good news is that one of the murderers has been apprehended and that should prove once and for all who was behind the attack. The the army has to move against these thugs and bandits and clean them up once and for all.
It is one of those tragic days in history of Pakistan when innocent people were killed in place of worship - is this day any different when scores were murdered in church or hindus butchered in temple in Kashmir. Do we find any similarity of pattern.. yes all were human beings and were worshiping in their worship places .. in all incidences the worship places were disgraced and human were sacrificed for some faiths that said no one else have right to live but themselves..
The problem is that we only feel when our own faith belief suffers tragedy and we feel nothing when others suffer! We are all part of this tragedy and we should not blame some leaders or religious scholars since we all see peopel of extrme and hate around us all the time and never open our mouth.. how many muslims we have seen who feel for innocent non-muslims kill by fanatics .. how many times sunni hear about hate words against shias or shias same against sunnis when they are around their folks and not try to stop them.. how many parents teach their kids about respecting others faiths and love humans .instead of hate..
It's a very tragic event. Kindly, keep emotions in check and don't use this thread for casting slurs and insults on any sect or religion.
Inna Lillahe Wa Inna Ilaihe Rajayoon (We belong to Allah(SWT) and to Him we shall return)
May Allah(SWT) bless the souls of the deceased; bring comfort & peace to their family. Ameen.
ok...i will just write a nice little harmless post now
"it sucks to be a shia in pakistan"
hopefully you won't find any slurs or insults in this one
The best post in this entire thread is Degas' post. I hope peopel can read, understand and reflect on his words.

lets make u happy, how about we let them do a "better job" and they can start by killing more innocent sunnis? will that make you happy?

more? what do you mean by more? we have been discussing this topic for a very long time now i think...99.9% of the people that get killed in pakistanis are shia
and the .01 that get killed are sunni.
just because sipah e muhammad's number of casualties is low does nto make it look like edhi foundation either. Its still a terrorist fanatical organizattion like sipah e sahaba. You seem to have a soft spot for the shia terrorists.
sectarian violence has to stop. period. whether is is sunnis, shias or whirrling derveshes, and whether its Pakistan, Iran or burkina faso.
and dont get too excited now..the .1% are christians and hindus..i dont see no sunni killings in pakistan
answer thsi question in a yes or no. lets stop playing around in circles.
is sipah e muhammad a good group of ppl doing good work.
lol you are very funny fraudia....where did iran come into the picture? oh right they must be really clever..they do a good job of covering it up
fraudia..i really wouldnt lie to you..i swear to god that i dont know anything about sipah e mohummad...i dont hear anything about them in the news...maybe you have some inside information on them
you forgot to answer the question
here are my answers
is sipah e sahba evil - yes

why the hell are they evil when they dont do ****
sheraz this is the point here....and lemme be frank and honest with you..lets forget the discussion we have had thus far because its counter productive.
Your attitude coming in thsi thread was extremely lame..your words towards non shias shocked by this incident as in" we dont need your condolences" etc was pretty lame for lack of a better word.
The whole world does not think in terms of shia sunni. I am disturbed that your words are as if all sunnis are in on it.
