Re: Questions for british guppies
You seem really ignorant and slave minded anyway with your comment about Hijabi/Niqabi women, if white people are xenophobic then that’s their own problem not the Hijabi/Niqabi’s, only lowly people change themselves for no reason but to please others.
Lowly slave minded people like someone irk me more than anything, they are lower than the lowest, constantly dissing their own people and changing their ways just to please whites, living a life full of a feeling of insecurity and inferiority shudder.
Maybe you are one of the docile types who'll just laugh it off (matey they're laughing at you, not with you) and probably don't mind it too much and get happy when they tell you you're an exception but some of us have more self-respect and honour than others.
I mean I too have had White people tell me I'm an exception to "the rest of them" darker Pakis because I look white (I'm from NWFP/NW-Punjab so I can easily pass off as a tanned white boy), I don't sound like the "rest of them" (I've got the most broad northern English farmerboy accent anyone ever heard), I'm one of the lads (I know all about their culture down to their traditional cuisine) and they don't class me as "the rest of them" but I can't stand for any of that because "the rest of them" happen to be my family, friends and people, I'll call myself British and respect British culture but not if it means I can't be Paki anymore and have to look down on my own people and there ways because I feel hollow without Desi culture and Muslim religion, life just wouldn't be the same without coming home to the smell of masala from the haandi, azaan playing on asian radio in the background, doe-eyed pretty asian lasses with lustrous black locks clad in Saaris, strong family systen. White man culture is boring, dull, sterile, cold and 'cilinical'.
I’ve seen this same gora-wannabe mindset amongst Iranians and Indians, both have reason to be that way because they either look pheekay or gandey but it shames to have Pakis who have the same attitude because Pakis are sexy people with a wonderful culture so we should be proud of who we are and if whites don’t like it they can sod off, Pakis with an inferiority complex like someone should know they’re just giving themselves and other Pakis a bad image, if they can’t have confidence in being Pakistani then they should just pretend to be white and say their skin colour is the result of a positive genetic mutation or too much suntan.
This is too long to read again.
But I read the first paragraph. I might get through the rest later. I did not say that women should not wear Hijab or duputta at all. I made the observation that in UK, all the ghettos are populated by Niqabis and Hijabis. And this is what I have seen in my own experience.
