Divorce is a bigger loss but it depends on the person too.
If he is trying to be fair.........then maybe it can be worked out.

aaj kal zamanay main to hatmi baat hee hai. AAj kal, its diffcult to support even one family - both financially and emotionally. Its unfair if the guy decided to start another family (2nd marriage). Its unfiar for everyone, except for the guy maybe.

Dekhain jee, Ijazat aur Hukm main bohut farq hai. Islam main dosree shadi kee ijazat hai, hukm nahi.
Eik se zyada shadi mard ke liye sunnat hai, farz nahi.
Biwi bachchon ke dekh bhaal, achchi tarbeeyat farz hai.
Farz nibhaanay ke liye sunnat tark kerne kee ijazaat tou yaqeenan ho gee.
