Question for the ladies

Hmm…My BF is a dr. One of his friends who’s also a dr.(OB/GYN to be more specific) was over earlier and I showed both of them what you wrote. Both told me they’ve never heard of a woman injuring her “womb” as a result of doing exercise during her period. Just what type of exercises were you doing and exactly what was the injury? Did your doctor actually tell you that the injury was a direct result of the exercise?

As for me, I don’t change my routine at all. I meet with my trainer a few times every week…and I certainly don’t tell him that I’m on my period…lol. So he puts me through our “usual” routines and I’ve never had a problem with them(my routine consists of a little cardio, and a lot of weight lifting/conditioning). As several others mentioned, exercise always gives me more energy.
