Question for long term married couples

Singles & newly weds need not reply!

Anyone married 7 years+

How do you keep things ‘interesting’ in the ‘bedroom department’?

Wife totally lost interest. She says its ‘hard work’

I always thought that women just lie back & enjoy - leave the work to us men.

I’m in danger of being retired whilst in my prime in my 30s, and this thought terrifies me. I guess I imagied it would be me, who at one point in my 60s would say ‘thats it, I can fire no more’

I dont mean to be crude, but I am good at what I do - and she agrees. But going from 2-3 times a week to 2-3 times a month is killing me.

I tried to discuss it, but it was a wasted 5 minute chat

Any advice?

Change your haircut.
Buy some new clothes.
Wear a new fragrance.

Go watch a romantic movie together followed by a nice dinner.

It's not just a woman's responsibility to look good for her husband...women have feelings too.

Change bed sheets, vacuum carpet. Basically all rooms including bedroom needs to be clean and tidy.

Re: Question for long term married couples

Not newly married (or married for that matter - urgh I have been announcing it in every thread) however, I would just like to add to what everyone has said; do all that stuff without EXPECTING anything else. If she picks on your intentions, it might be the biggest turn off. Maybe it IS a lot of work for her, find out why she thinks/feels that way.

Re: Question for long term married couples

in addition to what niksik said, how about you pamper her a little. Like give her a massage, light some candles.. and make her feel special.

Why do men expect women to be the ones to always do the pampering or looking good. Men need to as well. Look good for their wives.. make them feel like they have the sexiest man in the world right there next to them. That's how a woman wants to feel

:k:

how? errr
I am like good and stuff..:dhimpak:

oh yeah, the advice bit..

look mate, this one sentence of yours is wrong, its not like a canvas and artist situation, more of a tango situation…you know..takes two etc..

uh oh, why do i foresee a PM from the OP asking you for technique details

i will send illustrations using stick figures drawings
