...Question For GYM Goers...

Re: ...Question For GYM Goers...

Another thing, working out makes me so tired that I now sleep like a baby at night and I don't wake up and toss and turn because I am not a big fan of sleeping to begin with. So it's helping me sleep well :D

Re: ...Question For GYM Goers...

way to go shikra bhai..yes, workout does help one sleep better, no doubt...also, do let us know what is your strength training routine..and have you been able to see the kind of results you want from the routine you have?

my 2 cents is that keep changing stuff up after like 2 months.. i say change the routine completely so your body is in guessing mode all the time.. do not make your body used to just one workout routine..

Re: ...Question For GYM Goers...

Changing routine is a good idea FF. I did get the results last year when I used to work out (weight remained the same 170LBs but fat changed into muscles). Right now I am not in a bad shape but I don't want to waste my last year's hard work, that's why i want to continue working out so that I retain what I currently have.

Re: ...Question For GYM Goers...

Two things to watch out for shikra:

The craving to eat more will increase, to compensate for the workout, and make sure you increase your sleep by an hour atleast because you need more rest, or you'll feel tired and will not be motivated to go on a daily basis to workout.
