Question about your massi

This is a question specially for people living in Pakistan, I am sure everyone has a maid (massi/naukrani). how much do you pay her? Does she live with you or come in for a couple of hours?
Do the rates vary according to the city you live in? If yes which city do you live in?

For a maid staying at your home , with food and lodging , I say around 6 to 8 K ...

so its actually more expensive for a maid who is living at your home? Do you live in Pakistan? If yes then how much do you pay your maid?
