Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah

Is it right that Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a strict SHIA?

Just only a question…thanks!

I read so.

The mans dead - leave him alone.

It is rather not going to harm Pakistanis at all now; if they know that he was a strict shia, not only he, her sisters and all family. Whole Lukhnow is the witness for that, Jamate Islami is the loudest witness for him being a strong shia, that was the only reason jamate islami was millions time against him and also against creation of Pakistan. But since Quaide Azam had a greater objective for muslims, and wanted them to be out of this low class thinking of shia and sunni,he did not feel to let any one know so that muslims should stay united, same was liaqat Ali khan's view point.

To keep both main stream togehter at one platform both of them and their all shia supporters as well as some Roushan Khyal sunnis decided to have a muslim state on two nation theory. They had given complete discription of the kind of government they intended to form .They were against KHILAFAT SYSTEM. This is enough and self discriptive statement from QUAIDQ E AZAM and others that QUAIDE AZAM WAS A STRONG SHIA.
Where as opportunist killed him and then with NARA BAZI STARTED SAYING Pakistan ka maqsad keya----etc etc.Dousroun key mehnat ka faieda uthana, jamate islami key aadat hei.

i had no idea

he was a Shia, but he was not strict at all. he drank alcohol, rarely formally prayed, etc. There is speculation that he converted to "sunni'ism" late in his life, but supposedly these speculations were purely politically charged.

Assalam o Alaikum

Quaid e azam was born in a ismaili khoja family but converted to islam lately.....he was not shia as most of his close ulema including moulana shabbir ahmed usmani ..zafar ahmed usmani..ashraf ali thanvi ....moulna siddiqui ...all were sunnis ....

any way ....no need to start this debate now....IMHO

What's your point Bud! These are the type of jack-a$$ questions that make the term "MAT*o" so effective.

Someone wastes the precious few remaining brain cells and comes up with this "comment and question" about Jinnah?

Man! Jinnah had a great life. He was top-notch attorney, and a great leader. Who the heck cares if he was a Shia or Sunni?

^ well obviously A.H. Malik cares, which is why i presume he is asking. :halo:

It probably more out of interest rather than the intent to cause sectarian strife.

bouhat zeyada jouout boulnay key adat per gaei hai.

Quaide Azam's forefather had converted from ismaeli shia to khuja asna ashare shia. Any way they were from the beginning Emamies whether asna ashari or ismaeili .

they were not lawaris and is not lawaris. He has his family members alive , he was a strong believer of his faith being Shia.

He is burried as shia. according to his last day waseyat.

Jouout boul kar jahannum mei jane ka zeyada he shouq hei. Qaide Azam per bohtan laga kar gounna karney sei faeida.

Key ya tum ye samajhte hou ka allah say touba tilla karou ga tou wou maaf kar dey ga. Hergiz nahei. Quaide azam say maafe mangnna hou gey or wou is dounya mei nahe hein.

Kouch jout boul kar zeyada sokon milta hei.

Keya sunni sharab nahe petey, keya moullana quran perhate perhate larkeyoun key bouhat mertaba eizat nahe loutta.

Baat AAQEDEY KEY HOU RAHE THei tum ney tou quaide azam kou sharabi houna ka fatwa dei deya. Yahe tareqa galat hei.

Un ka aqeda along with whole family was shia. tum tou khuda bun beitehay; aamal toul ney lagay un kay.

or jou bei ye kahta hei ka wou shia nahei thai bilkoul khara be eman or jouhta hei.

What about liaqat Ali ? He was also shia, was not he? so was killed. Jab Pakistan bun gaya sheyoun key hard work say tou chalay FAEIDA Udhaney. Sub sheya lougoun kou mar dou. Jahannum bei tou hei, khuda bei tou hei keya serif dunya he dounya hei.

If he were alive today, and he saw what is going on with Shias in Pakistan. He will be very upset.

Pakistan did'nt came into being because of Shia's or sunnis, but the hard work and struggle of our great leaders like Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, Allama Iqbal, Liaqat Ali Khan, Quaid-e-Azam and many more. The formation of Pakistan became possible when all these great leaders came togather as Muslim leaders, not as shia or sunni leaders.

wat diff does it make? :-s

Ferq yay perta hai ka sunni(matoo kind) ye samaj tah hein ka emamies kou martey rahou Pakistan mai un ka koei ikhteyar nahe.

AAqleyat mein hein 20% bus. They(emamies) stay quiet as they believe there is GOD above all to do justice.

In these forums what ever sunnis want they keep on writing which is totally against emamies believe, but they do not want others point of view, as if shias are second class pakistanis; so it is necessary to let it known that quaide Azam was shia and sunnis(matoo kind) like jamate islamis or jameyate islami had never ever favoured him, and now all of them speak KHARA lies.

Naray waray mar leye , qaide azam kou mar deya, liaqat ali kou mar deya or opportunist key tarhan say pakistan per seirif sunni lougoun ka haq hai, forums per serif sunnis apna point of view dey saktay haein bus or shias thinking walay or sheyas or emamies can not , you would ban them .

This the immpression I have received from all our discussion. Already I did not like my parents believe as sunnis, jou bei kamey thei wou mashaallah ap lougoun na pouri kar dei.

I have to really read more about different emamies fiqhas; no way i am going to ever believe in my parents, and think that they are correct or their parents were correct ;BUND DEMAGH LOUG.

Khoud sath KAM keya hai mei na sunni matoos ka, mei khud ga wah houn keis keis terhan say written EBARAT SAY kou change kartey hein.

Yahe tou wajha hei ka mei firqa change karney per aamada hou gaei. Sub jouot, khara jouot, per meray waldain ka deen kam karta hai. Bus jou tousray kahtey hein wou ghalat , jou hum samajtey hein wou kaho wou kahou wou sahey; likhtey jaou, bus ink istemal kartey jaou,

moullana moudidi(r) bei galat keyoun ka wou shias kou bouhat jagha sahee kah tey thai.

^^ "BUND DEMAGH LOUG"

ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Did you really mean "bund"? or did you want to write "bad"

Oh wait..... You meant bund as in closed. ahahhahahahahahahahah

ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaha

I was thinking of the punjabi word bund as in butt.

Help me, I cant stop laffing.

It is no harm making some one laugh. so nice to know you were laughing,Good; as if we are here on forums doing some great job.

Perhaps possibly we may be some agency to decrease the hatered which MATOO have created between two main streams of muslims;

by truely telling how and what both streams have convictions to their believes and how are they different ? and why are they so far apart from each other, and who is playing more part and making them not to bear each other in pakistan.(MATOO)

So if people would know that it is imperative to have these two main stream believes and then perhaps they would learn to live togehter ever after. And there would be no killing of innocent mankind in pakistan and at large in muslim world. sokoon

Sorry that I couldn't respond.....I was in Pakistan (Multan), but I'm back home --> Austria (Vienna)

:salam:

In reality, Quiade-Azam was either a shia or a sunni…I read once in a book years ago that he was a PARSI. I really don’t know what kind of religion this is!

well, the POINT is - we should respect & love him…
