Quaid-e-Azam who?

Needs no comment.

Re: Quaid-e-Azam who?

Traitor Zardari. Still ppl of Pakistan vote for him

is khabar ki tardeed a chuki he.
It was just a result of yellow journalism by Taliban influenced Roznama Jang, who hire Taliban sympathizers like Ansar Abbasi as journalist.

Quaid’s portraits not remove from the presidency: Kaira

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar -uz- Zaman Kaira has categorically elucidated that the portraits of Quaid- e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah has not been removed from the President House and Prime Minister Secretariat and in this connection the story of the private TV channel was baseless.

While talking to Online Int’l News Network here Saturday, he stated that the personality of Quaid-e-Azam was honorable and respected for all the Pakistanis and the PPP’s incumbent Government even could not imagine thinking of such an absurdity.

He further stated that the cameraman of the Private TV channel has shown the footage with his own angle by putting the Quaid’s portrait in darkness.

” The President and Prime Minister honors the founder of the father with the same zeal as the whole nation and the portraits of the founder of the nation has been exhibited at all prominent places in President House and Prime Minister Secretariat, “ he maintained.

Re: Quaid-e-Azam who?

Some one should tell now.
Is Jang group now owned by N.$.
or any other anti Pakistan lobby.
If it is owned by N$ it is better.
At least he is spending in Pakistan.

Some body need to tell this Kaira guy that, people are not blind… there was no room for the pic of Quaid-e-Azam in the above briefing…

Re: Quaid-e-Azam who?

This is surprising.

"Royal" Bhutto family has completely taken over.

and woah!! Bilawal rank higher than his father?

Jang initiated this lie. The denial from government has come from more than one sources. So if Jang disputes this denial then it should disprove government’s denial by fabricating any another story … like other khariji supporters are doing.

If Jang can not do it then what other khariji supporters shout about does not matter.

The truth has been revealed. Talibanic khariji lies have been exposed. Praise be to Allah.

Here is denial in the same newspaper’s English version.

ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson of the Presidency former Senator Farhatullah Babar on Saturday dismissed the report by a private channel alleging that portraits of the Quaid-e-Azam had been removed from the Presidency as** not only false but also mischievous, unethical and highly unbecoming of any professional media outlet and professional journalists.**

The spokesperson said that such tendentious and malicious reports should jolt professional media organizations into asking themselves if this indeed is what the freedom of media is and for which democratic political parties, civil society and media organizations made so great sacrifices.

That report is based on fabrication, designed by Jamati newspaper Jang to malign PPP government.

Now that Taliban khariji supporters are slandering PPP government based on the fabricated story of removal of QA’s portrait, it would interesting to point out that a few years back Taliban supporter JUI’s Maulana Fazl actually did do it.
At that time, PPP MPA’s had walked out of assembly on this issue. Nawaz league was also criticizing Fazl.

Row in Senate over ‘replacement’ of Quaid’s portrait -DAWN - Top Stories; August 22, 2006

ISLAMABAD, Aug 21: The combined opposition walked out of Senate on Monday when treasury lawmakers stood up in protest against the reported replacement of the official portrait of Quaid-i-Azam with that of Mufti Mehmud in the office of the leader of opposition in the National Assembly, Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

It is not unexpected from Talibanic JUI, as they hardly respect the founder of Pakistan, and their kins did their best to oppose the creation of Pakistan.

The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) will celebrate 2007 by paying tribute to the heroes who played an important role in the independence of Pakistan ignoring Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and his companions, JUI officials told Daily Times on Thursday. They said that the party would hold conventions in Peshawar and other cities of the NWFP in March to highlight the services of “real freedom fighters”

“The decision to this effect was taken at the meeting of the JUI executive council in Lahore a couple of days ago. National Assembly Opposition Leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman presided over the meeting,” they added. JUI information secretary Maulana Amjad Khan said that Jinnah and his companions would not be commemorated because they had not done anything for Islam. “Jinnah was not imprisoned during the independence struggle. That is why he did nothing worth remembering,” Khan added.

Shame on these Talibanic khariji-supporting hypocrite organizations.
Some Talibanic journalists from Jang (Geo/The News) are accusing PPP of the very same “crime” which their “brethren” actually did commit in 2006.

Re: Quaid-e-Azam who?

1- The issue has nothing to do with taliban. Can we not have ANY discussion of Pakistan without bringing taliban?

2- Any picture can be changed by editing. So picture CAN BE fake.
**
3- However all the talk but **no picture proof
to deny the allegations of removing the picture of Quaide-Azam. Did I miss something here?

Re: Quaid-e-Azam who?

"no picture proof to deny the allegations"

No comment by Jang jamatis on government's denial either. If everyone in govt is lying then why doesn't Jang expose them?

The issue doesn't directly have to do with Taliban, but it has to do with their mentality.

So how is it indirectly related? Perhaps its the mentality of others to bring taliban in every matter.

Jang already did! Right or wrong.

The burden of proof of denial is on govt. now. Any picture to support that?

Re: Quaid-e-Azam who?

"So how is it indirectly related?"

The Taliban/jamati/khariji mentality of telling lies for the sake of their self-perceived "greater good".

"Any picture to support that?"
May be no other pictures were taken at that time.

But consider this:

Jang made a claim through a pic, govt denied the picture.
Now if Jang is silent then it implies that it agrees with govt denial. If Jang does not agree with govt then what is Jang's response?
If you don't have Jang's response then what is you basing your allegations on?

And this has to with not having QA picture on the wall being reported by Jang???? LOL! You carck me up here.

Sky is blue-Must be indirectly related to taliban?
Someone has headache- must be related to taliban indirectly!?

I am not basing on anything. Not supporting Jang or taliban either. I care less.

All I said a counter proof must be produced by the govt. and Jang does not have to say anything after providing the picture proof and all the talk by govt.

Don't tell us they invited ONLY Jang photographer!

The event had ONLY ONE Picture taken by bad Jang Photographer....LOL

hahaha…that was sooo funny…

hmm..its very sad to see that Zardaari has started to show his true colours

"And this has to with not having QA picture on the wall being reported by Jang??"
Sure, Taliban and Jamati journalists of Jang follow same mentality. Jang concocted this controversy.

"and Jang does not have to say anything after providing the picture proof and all the talk by govt. "
Picture proof is half proof, because the picture does not show the full wall, neither does it show other walls in the room.
So if Jang is silent on govt's denial then you should be silent too.

If Jang or you have any other picture to disprove govt's claim then they should be published too.

"The event had ONLY ONE Picture taken by bad Jang Photographer....LOL"

I didn't say there was only one picture. There must be more pictures, and Jang should release them to prove that govt is wrong. Where are those other pictures?

Truth is that Quaid's picture has NOT been removed from prime minister or president house. There are pictures of various other events happening there, and Quaid's picture is clearly visible in all of them.

However, what is KNOWN is that Taliban's khariji supporters like JUI and Jamat have no respect for the founders of Pakistan, including Quaid e Azam.
If people really want to condemn others for disrespect to Quaid, then it should be Jamat and JUI, whose disrespect to Quaid is proven.

It is actually Jang showing its yellow journalism.
