France should win now. I was having lots of team as contenders for the world cup. But all got eliminated, there is only one man i admire most and for him France should win the world Cup. Go Zidane go.. u r the master.

France won because they have a true number 10 and Brazil doesn’t.
What an absolutely fantastic game. A spectaular advertisement for the sport. Really, really great skill on display. France played a nearly flawless game. Ribbery worked his ass off and was very productive. Zidane is one of the greatest players in the history of the game. He was glorious.
But the best thing about this match was the refreshing lack of cynicism and the quiet, confident match management by the ref. One of my favorite matches of the tournament. Best team won. Please Brasil fans, accept defeat and do not try to pull off some conspiracy nonsense again. Brasil played damn good defense all tournment, but today we saw another great defensive team that took over. Brasil had ZERO shots on goal until the last 5 minutes - thats unbelieveable. Zidane is a legend, and I hope France makes it to the Final. Ronaldo should be given a verbal lashing by the press for not taking this WC serious - he was digustingly out of shape. Ronaldinho choked in this WC. Guys like Dida, Cafu and Roberto Carlos do not deserve this from teamates who lack heart, and this is why Brasil lost - they lacked heart in all their victories and loss.

Zidane was class. And the lack of offence by Brazil was highly surprising. They haven't played well throughout the tournament, and France sure as heck was better than them tonight.
