I wonder why they don't have access to clean water, etc etc. Its because doctors like you, who are the only ones really to help enforce and promote health in Pakistan, have left. So that you can have nice comfortable jobs elsewhere.

Oh Yeah now supplying clean water is responsibility of doctors. Doctors themselves have no access to clean water lady. Consider going to Pakistan once and try to see thru a glass of water from a government hospital.

But you said yourself that the head doctor at your medical school cleaned up the act of all the students there.
One of the many responsibilities of a doctor is that of taking care of public health. It should be your responsibility to be communicating with the city to get safe and clean drinking water made available to people.

Fraudia you have a good point about Musharraf tailoring the speech for an illiterate and uneducated population.
