I know my intentions and Allah knows them…and He knows that I find no happiness in what happened to her. He knows that I don’t believe she deserved to die. I feel upset that you should even insinuate that I would justify something like this. Please stop as I don’t appreciate it. I’ve been on GS a long time and regardless of how you feel about me…you’ve seen my posts over the past 8 years and it shocks me that you would think that I would justify a crime like this.

Let me give you a simple analogy, TLK. One that I am very familiar with. You see a child that makes a poor choice by verbally bullying another kid. The latter strikes him hard in the face. The former made a poor choice but I also don’t believe it justifies the punch. A wife can get on her husband’s and drive him batty but it doesn’t justify him hitting or killing her in any way. And even if people were to point out her own mistakes or to point out what she could have done differently for her own safety and well-being…even then it does not mean that they are justifying her spouse’s physical attack. And to assume thus is a gross assumption; it’s like putting words in one’s mouth. So, please stop making erroneous assumptions about my neeyat. There have been other members besides myself who have also admitted that she wasn’t right…or who have said that she was wrong too…and I certainly did not pounce upon that acknowledgment and conclude that they most definitely are justifying what happened to her. So, please stop.

Ok ok I will stop my insinuations, just because you are asking.
