My parents are deffo going to heaven they handled 4 kuriyan and they handled us well! : D My daadi jaan and her likes aren't too keen on girls though... whatevz peeps, damn not given! Our parents are there for us and are proud of us and thats what matters, innit!

Just want a healthy baby, no preference for a boy or a girl :) Although i've already bought a cute little silk frock from monsoon :)

i wanted a boy but was blessed with a daughter... and i cant thank enough to Allah that he gave me a daughter first :-) .. she is the love of my life

For our first we kept it a suprise and we were blessed with a daughter who is now a smart beautiful 3 year old. For our second we knew we were having another little girl and were happy with what we were given masallah the bond the sisters have with each other is great to see everyday.
It is your and your husband child you will be raising it it is definitely NOT upto the MIL what she prefers mine was dissapointed that I had another girl and throughout my whole pregnancy would call and say that "this baby is a boy." I feel sad for my second Daughter as she doesn't acknowledge or ask about her but its her loss as long as me and hubby love her thats all she needs

I would want a boy first... I guess because I'd want to have a son who would be an older protective brother to his sister(s).

Boy I have names in mind that I would like to use before someone else does. But I do want a baby girl too.
