i’ve read it in a kitaabk. that a sum1 that is impure can’t evenread the quraaan neva mind touch it. (however she can read as a form of a dua). and about having only 1 sipara. even that is not allowed. however if there is a kitaab that has a few aayats from the quraan and there is more riting not form the quraan than the quraan then sum1 impure can touch that. although u can’t actually touch the aayats form the quraan.

My Mom told me girls in Pakistan studied an Urdu book “Islamyaat” and in their class everyone always touched it in the class, even without wudhu, apparently there are many aya’s with their explanations in it. I don’t know.

And a person who is impure can always recite by heart.
If someone impure has a cd and puts it in the computer and then recites the Qur’an, there is nothing wrong with that.
