i.e. "Amma jee, tussi kithay oe?"
:]
*99% of the panjabis would say Ammi Jee tusi kithey oe. The stupid panjabi depicted in panjabi movies is not the panjabi being spoken at homes. By the way a lot of panjabis can speak lot better urdu too than most of chalia eating muttarwas. *

even though that may seem the case for all such curse words in urdu, I do not find those words in urdu dictionary, and I am assuming they are not even part of Punjabi dictionary... which means curse words can not be used to degrade any language... they were not part of it to begin with & are still linguistically alien to the language...
Re: Punjabi
^but still slang is not in urdu even if u wanna curse someone.i never heard

Re: Punjabi
Gayish? Ever read Aadminama by Dipty Nazir Ahmed? Or do you forget the language used in times of war during Mughal era…
And if harsh sounds and a loud voice were the hallmark of machismo then the braying of a donkey and the howling of the howler monkey would be very macho indeed…
The adaptability and standard of any language’s heritage can be gauged from the number of dialects it’s spoken in…There are few languages in the world apart from English, French, German and Arabic that have as many dialects as Urdu…In fact, I believe, Urdu has more dialects than French, German and even Arabic…
How many dialects does Punjabi have? And don;t give me Siraiki and Hindko, they are two different languages altogether…
These are just impersonal observations, however name one language of the entire south Asia that has as many dialects as Urdu…There are none…
And Hindi is not a dialect of Urdu, it is a different language altogether…
And someone mentioned that Urdu is an amalgam of Arabic, Sanskrit, Persian and Punjabi…It’s not…It’s an amalgam of Arabic, Sanskrit, Persian and Turkish…The word Urdu itself means caravan in Turkish…
