my dada jee was telling me the names of namaz timings in punjabi…i think two of them were namaishan and khams (?)…but i’ve forgotten them now and was wondering if someone knew and could refresh my memory? what are the words and which times do they correspond to?i’ve been trying to remember since yesterday and its bothering me that i’ve forgotten!!!

asar=deeghar
maghrib=namashaan
isha=kuftaan
anything 4 u sis,just asked my mom.
Now this is news to me!
I knew deeghar... as in 'deeghar vailay'. the rest is strange..
does anyone know the source.. i'm betting on a Persian one.. but i'll hold my breath till someone clarifies.
