Yes they speak only Sindhi at home, that's why I said their Sindhi and Sindhi accent is very clear like us.

I was comparing those who live outside Pakistan and don't get opportunity to talk in their mother tongue and those who avoid / dislike talking in their mother tongue while being in Pakistan

Yes and there are many Sindhis who were born in west lived there for many years and still they can speak very good sindhi.
