I personally believe that reflecting accent of your mother tongue is not a weakness but shows your roots and identity. One can try to escape from roots, but finally you have to return back to it one day. There is no escape.

Punjabi is my father tounge..

thats true.. its the thing we should b proud of.. instead of feeling ashamed.. its our identity… and am proud to be punjabi :
