Not sure if this has been posted before, so forgive me if it has.

List stereotypes (true or not) of Punjabi clans/castes such as Jats, Rajputs, Gujjars, Maliks, Arains, Lohars, etc.

Umm okay, Jatts think they are superior to everyone else, Gujjars are uneducated and sell milk, Arains love to eat onions, etc.

Aik Butt sahab hotel mein bohat saara khaana aagay rakh ker kha rahe the. Saath wali table per aik circus ka maalik betha Butt sahab ko hairaangi se dekh or soch raha tha ke aik akaila banda itna ziada khana aik time mein kaisay khaa sakta hai. Khaanay ke baad circus owner ko idea aaya or uss ne Butt sahab ko utna hi khaana apnay circus mein kha ker dikhanay ke liye 500 rupay mein razamand ker liya.

Circus mein Butt sahab ke khaanay ka segment itna hit gaya ke circus owner ne Butt sahab ko 2nd show (right after 1st one) ke liye 1000 rupay mein phir mana liya. Iss dafa bhi logon ka utna hi joshokharosh tha or ye sab se kaamyab segment tha. Circus owner ne Butt ko 3rd show (right after 2nd one) ke liye 2000 ki offer ki. Butt sahab uktaa ker bolay "Yaar mein yahan circus mein kaam hi kerta jaoon? ......... abhi mujhe ghar jaa ker roti bhi khaani hai"

Butts are not a Punjabi clan, they're a Kashmiri clan, they may have settled in Punjab over the past century but they still take pride in their heritage, in fact Imran Khan's ancestors have been living in Punjab longer than Butts, so does that make Niazi a Punjabi clan?of course not, at the most you can call them 'Kashmiri-Punjabis'.

On subject: I don't know much about Punjabi clans but I've heard that Jatts & Awans are quite tall and Arains are dishonest, also Khatris are the best looking Punjabis :P

Gujjar is a caste. Gujrati is a geographical definition. Like Lahori, Faisalabadi etc.

No, there are many Muslim Khatris like the Saigols,Sethis,Mansha etc

Most Bollywood actors are Punjabi Khatris, they're generally rich people.
