Yeh lotay wala falsafa waisay bhi apply nahi hota if you keep the concept of Paak and Najiss in your mind. You never know what happend on that seat BEFORE you used it. So unless you give it a real good wash, rest assured that you are comming in contact with ... what ever....
Joo bhai loog urinals use kartay hain in standing position - wo tu bilkul hi paak nahi reh saktay.
I try to avoid this at all costs. In those circumstances when I do have to use a public restroom. I take a ghusl as soon as I get home, or otherwise I feel like I am itching all over my body. It may sound strange, but yes I can control myself for more than 8 hours, while I am at work. And use the rest room BEFORE and AFTER I reach home.

Waisay i refuse to use public restrooomz unless of course itz an emergency…then i gotz no choice 
but i NEVER use public bathrooms…especially for number two’s… not even in hotels… :nono:
