it was a lahore teleplay called "ragoan main andhera". it went so popular that they decided to make a series of it which we saw by the name of andhera ujala which was another hit.

(i) PTV Lahore Centre drama 'Darya' written by: Asghar Nadeem Syed, Diected by: Rashid Dar
*ing: Sameena Peerzada, Usman Peerzada, Toqeer Nasir, Rashid Mehmood (The drama creted a controversy due to a scene in which usman peerzada divorce the character Bhaagi played by her wife Sameena Peerzada).
(ii) PTV Lahore Centre drama 'Patt Jhar' Written by: Younus Javed , Diected by: Rashid Dar
*ing:Saba Pervz, Noman Ejaz, Farooq Zameer
(iii) PTV Peshawer Centre drama 'Karrobi' Written by: Dr. Dennis Isac
*ing: Sameena Peerzada, Usman Peerzada (I think one of their best performance esp Sameena Peerzada), Najeeb Ullah Anjum, Azeem Sajjad (The guy who directed and acted in a tele film 'Teesra Kon' for HUmTV Festival with Nadia Afgan)
Can anyone upload these dramas or clips.

Can anyone please upload or direct me to a link for the long play "Abb mera intezar kar" as well as "Fehmida ki kahani Ustaani Rahat ki zubani". My brother in law who has recently returned from abroad with a huge collection of foreign movies (European, Iranian, South American, Indie) has been showing me movies that according to him are path breaking in terms of stories, direction, impact etc and I have been repeatedly asserting that our very own PTV has been there done that a good 3 decades ago and need these two dramas in particular since they made a huge impact on me. I just wish these classics were dubbed and internationally marketed for the world to realize the genius of our artists. Pity even most people from my own generation are ignorant of the immortal works of the great crop of writers and directors from the golden age of PTV....
