Great intentions from your side, but slightly racist I would say. Balochistan is not OWNED by balochs. More than half the population of Balochistan is non-Baloch including Urdu Speaking, Punjabi, Pathans, Sindhis, Siraikis. All these nations have been suffering along with the Balochs in Balochistan since no jobs in Balochistan means even lesser jobs for these nations as unfortunately whatever meager jobs become available are allotted on lisanist in Balochistan. You only have to walk into ANY govt. department in Balochistan to see that pushtuns and Balochs have divided the jobs 50-50 regardless of competence or any other thing.

So when people talk about Balochistan, they should also be addressing the grievances of all nationalities living in Balochistan.

Not all true. Baloch are under-represented at every level in Balochistan. The government jobs in Balochistan are have an over-representation from Punjabis, Hazara’s, Urdu speakers and Pashtuns. Most Policemen are Punjabis. The jobs in banks are mainly occupied by Punjabis and Urdu speakers. Teaching and lecturing positions have an over-representation of non-baloch too.

Balochistan is an artificial province created by the british , followed and supporter by their brown shaib boot lickers.. The provinces need to be redrawn. It is no longer a colonial country or is it but with a different type of colonist?
