Its not an issue of classification, but rather of reality. Look identity is a personal thing, one can define him or herself as they wish. Doesn’t make it true. Its a simple statement, just because one is born to Pakistani parents does not make you Pakistani. Those who are born and raised abroad are different people all together. This does not apply to Pakistanis only.
