No, cause a bowler is limited to 10 overs in an ODI, and the chances of taking 5 wickets are reduced. (bowlers like Warne who get 5+ wickets by bowling 2-day spells have very little chance)

But the other side of argument is that wickets are easier to get in odis because of slog/death overs etc.
