Buy a box of her favorite chocolates, write your proposal message on a nice nice paper or card. Put the card in the box, wrap it with some pretty paper and ribbons. Leave it on her door, ring the bell and leave.
Later call her and ask her what she thinks about the gift and did she like, etc etc…

I used to think the same way or maybe i still think the same tat guy should go to girl's parents and ask for her hand..
but now a days it is mostly first take girl's razamandi if she agrees then send ur parents over to her house..
That way atleast u will be satisfied 50%...
