There is a difference between something approved by religious clergy and cultural non-religious acts of some.
Please don’t argue for the sake of arguing.

The only country that uses religion for legalizing marriage of 8/9 year old girls is Saudi Arabia. Rest of the countries follow tribal or cultural laws including the non-muslim countries.
