A guy who already knows that ISLAM clearly prohibits Zina..........would understand..........there is **no room for debate **regarding the permissibility of this issue. He would know that there's no point of even asking such a question. The fact that he's discussing this........is an indication of how desperate he is.
Murdering someone is clearly haram. But should you allow yourself to murder someone just to quench your anger......so you won't murder again in the future? Should such faulty logic apply to other sins as well?
This "chap" has bigger problems than being super horny......the first thing he needs to work on is his ability to reason.

Im not sure what to tell you here.
Chap could go out there and indulge in his polygamous desires before marriage, no one can stop him.
He just might get an STD and give it to his future wife.
He might also make a boo boo and have a baby.
He might run into one of those crazy stalker types who wont let him marry someone else.
He might tarnish his reputation and therefore be rendered useless to any "clean" woman.
He might incur the wrath of Allah swt but he doesnt sound like he is too bothered about that.
He might get married and then divorced because his nasty past comes back to haunt him.
But then again, he sounds like he might actually deserve all these things...so tell him to go for it.

Should a clean man, intending to marry, who however is irresistebly attracted to multiple women, indulge in his desired promiscious needs before marriage and 'hopefully' get it out his system, or practice them after marriage?
The man fears if he does not 'explore' himself beforehand he may end up compelled so afterwards.
So What should our Chap do.
All suggestions welcome.

This is a few thousands dollars question. If this clean man has been able to resist this irresistible urge up to this marriageable age of his, then most likely he will be able to resist this urge after marriage as well. Initially, marriage will provide means to fulfill his urge and later marriage will bring enough worries to dampen his worldly desires. Upon reaching midlife, his midlife crisis may tempt him to explorer uncharted territories again but a few kids clinging on to his now constantly aching neck and wife's incessant bickering would play major part in preventing him to commit further mistakes in life. Hence, I think he should hold on to his horses for now and later he will most likely be only fantasizing as well.

This is so not right thing to say.
Naturally, majority of women do not have urge to be wildly promiscuous and hence it is, I believe, completely wrong to say that they have better control on their urges (which by corollary can be proved as well). Being promiscuous is not one of their major urge.
Now if you want to judge better control over urges, you have to compare natural male urge to natural female urge.

The thing is, the clean guy is aware of all the religious and cultural deterents.
and has tried the associated suppresents.
However he still is a man, who has his strong and unpreventable urges. Mybe he hs seen professionals who themself adviced him his body is in need of the hump.
And granted he does strongly feel insecure about fellow pre-marriage promiscius mens who are now married happily to nice virgin women.
The man just wants to know if he had presently, safely (to both parties) explored his 'polygamous' urges, in order he could be calmly loyal to his wife after marriage...would that be okay with women?
In summary: The man is saying he has his polygamous inclinements which he feels one day may need to be satisficed, so would it be better for him to get them done and 'out of the way' before proper marriage or risk the more detrimental inclinemnets to 'cheat' after marriage.
