I think you have also left out the following in your 100 hr a week schedule.
- Going to the bathroom
- Walking
- Gupshup
and - secondguessing on career choice.
as far as competency goes for moderating this forum…you are abolutely right. The distinctive competencies are indicative through out GS. Unfortunately, distinctiveness is an anathema to competency when advising kids on career choices. Some may not have the luxury to jump careers and sectors. 
All they need is plain vanilla competency.
