I have been reading about the Obagi one the one that has 4% hydroquinine…anyone tried it?

Yes, I've tried it. You cannot get Obagi without consulting a dermatologist because it's a strong product. Only the doctor can determine which Obagi line would be best for your skin problems. Obagi contains hydroquinone which is used for bleaching spots and hyperpigmentation. It does work but you have to be patient. You should see results in about a month to a month and a half.

It can be for both. Consult a dermatologist, he/she'll prescribe the right Obagi line for your skin needs.
