i’ve been tryin to open internet explorer but dunno wts wrong with it its not workin i mean tried loads of things… double clicked but nothin really happens. let me know wts wrong with my computer ???

The shortcut maybe corrupted. Try going into C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer and then click on internet explorer icon from there, if it launches, then what you need to do is recreate a shortcut and paste it onto desktop.
Try doing that.

You have to find out what kind of sound card you have. If it was a branded PC like HP/Dell, etc. then you can go to their website and under support you will be able to find all your drivers (Video, Audio, Lan, Chipset, etc.)
If you're not sure what brand pc you have or if it's a custom-built pc, do the following:
Start
All Programs
Accessories
System Tools > System Information
Once you have the System information pulled up, click on Components and the Audio, on the left hand side it will show the manufacturer of your sound device. Then you may go to the manufacturer's website of that device and download their drivers directly.
