Do you have privacy rules as married couples? As a husband do you mind if you wife checks your emails? (viceversa) ..
for those who are not married.. would you share your email accounts?

Re: privacy between husband and wife
There are not SET rules but if I am logged in and she sits on chair by chance, i dont mind her browsing my emails and visa versa. We both have nothing to hide but still we respect each other's privacy by not shearing passwords :)
Re: privacy between husband and wife

Re: privacy between husband and wife
There should be privacy because there is no other relationship besides that of God and Human that wont take undue advantage of the other's openness.
Re: privacy between husband and wife

Re: privacy between husband and wife
I don't get the whole sharing a password deal. If I have to go thru my spouse's emails in the day, it shows I don't trust him. And if I don't trust him, why am I wasting my time on him?
I dont have the time or patience in the day to go thru a barage of someone else's emails. I have enough of my own.
Having said that, most people do share their life's news with their sig others.
So, why the need to go thru their emails? You'll get the highlights of the day anyway.
But I don't get the need to hammer thru someone's emails every day and see who's writing to them. I just was speaking to a friend and they told me how their gf got really angry when she saw an email from another girl at school. I mean, that just shows you have issues, man, if you're going thru stuff like that.
Life is too short to worry about things like that. If you can't trust your sig other, then maybe they're not so sig.
Re: privacy between husband and wife
We know each other's password. It's not about not trusting each other, sometimes she asks me to log into her account and see if she has any mail from someone particular or log into her university account and see if the test results are posted. E-mail is not the only thing that has passwords, there are other things such as the bank account, online shopping stores, and university accounts etc.
Re: privacy between husband and wife
my husband and i share things, like passwords only because like shikra said sometimes its convinient for us to have eachothers passwords....if i need to check something and i'm not at home then i can call him and ask, but there also needs to be some sort of balance. There;s no provacy between us but we do have respect for eachothers space.
Re: privacy between husband and wife
