Shikra's reasoning I can understand. But we haven't sat down and exchanged every password, because I guess the thought never crossed our minds. Passwords change all the time. Its easier just to call him and tell him over the phone can you enter in blah blah blah password to check whatever I need to check. I've done that with my parents before even. No big deal.
However, I guess we dont run into that problem - we have our own laptops and PDA's that we work with.

Def. Because I keep changing my passwords and we both forget each other's passwords. So each time we have to ask the other to check something, we provide passwords. But yeah, the idea of sharing password and letting the other one know the minute it changes just for the pleasure of keeping an eye on your partner is freaky.
