I have not been offended to be called gori, i just dont think its a derogatory term...and my hubby has never been offended to be called "paki". It has to do with who is saying it and how they are saying it i guess.
lol and since I love pakoras i dont think i'd even get offended to be called a gori pakori! (unless theres some other meaning to the term)

I thought Paki was just short for Pakistani. I don't think its offensive at all- especually since we call each other Paki like just about ALL THE TIME.

What's wrong with being a Paki?
This ginger-minger copper-balls was once in the papers for wearing a Swastika (Nazi sign) on his arm.
I use to like our royal family because they were one of the things (together with roast beef & beer) what made Britain Britain but now I've found out our royal family have Nazi German roots (did you know the Queen's husband was brought up by his Nazi relatives in Germany?).
The monarchy is outdated and should be abolished in our country, the royal family is like a leech clinging to Britain, turn their palaces into national heritage museums and give them some land in Yorkshire or Lancashire so they can become farmers and live by sweat of the brow like the rest of us normal Brits.
We British need a President not a King.
Come now, the Paki remark was hardly offensive and I personally found it amusing that the prince has a close Pakistani friend.
We somehow forget he's just another kid letting loose with the guys. It would be a shame if our fundoos blew an innocent personal video out of proportion ... oops too late.

My Caucasian mates always called me a Paki, they even said I had a big nose, LOL so what? it's just lads having a laugh wiv each other. I called them Gora Pakoras in return, it's just lads being lads, friend have a right to joke around.
Besides Paki is just an abreviation of Pakistani, it's not derogerotary in meaning.
We Pakis should stop overreacting.
Somebody mentioned the Prince has a Paki friend named Ali Ridha Khan or whatever, that's good to know.
