I have a feeling its not real. Zardari can make any corrupt-o-meter go off scale, but the guy can speak English rather well. I also have a note from him from a long time ago when him and BB complimented our team in a show we helped Farooq Qaiser (Uncle Sargam) with, and based on that note, not sure if he'd make such glaring spelling mistakes.

Presidential skills
I got this in an email
and the person who sent this works as an official photocopy machine operator / Document scanning machine operator at Qauid e Azam’s tomb in Karachi. He is also responsible for maintaining the visitor log book and photocopies all entries at the end of the day, then sends them via email to his friends 
Anyway - it is funny
