Consultation is not like consultation of doctor. These papers were sent by CJ to president and than sent back to CJ, CJ again sent to President ,who ordered the appointment of senior most judges. Nothing serious there . Only Takht e Lahore wants their ..... remain in Lahore High Court.
Show me where it states that Zardari even sent the papers to the CJ. He didn't. He didn't consult the CJ in any manner in violation of the constitution.
