Millitary stablishment defeated civilian powers once again.

so if the supreme court rules against the president, its free and fair. if it goes the other way, the judges have been manipulated

Chcha, I didn't say anything about judiciary or Doctrine of neccessasity used once again to save millitary dictator.
I am talking about the hopeless situation we are in. On one hand we have corrupt politicians (extremist right, somewhat right and lefties) and on the other hand corp commanders. Its just two faces of a coin, working on not so different agenda.

I haven't read the details yet so can't really comment on it.
But i don't think that court has given the decision in Mush's favor. Didn't they mention that the case was not supposed to be filed in supreme court or something.
Also, there are still chances for a new case. An opponent can still file a valid case against him in high court.
