^Most over the counter prenatals have like half the amount many OBs recommend. I remember my OB had me take a prescription prenatal, with higher folic acid and some other vitamins.

Thanks! do you know the amount of folic acid we should be getting, so then I can check the label on my prenatal, and get a separate pill if needed?
