prepping for pregnancy

Re: prepping for pregnancy

^ Just be careful with the ovulation kits. If you notice positives several days in a row, there may be a concern due to elevated LH. This is a common problem in women with PCOS.

Keeping track of periods helps, SGC, but many women ovulate early or late or have varying length follicular and luteal phases. Day 14 of the cycle isn't reliable. Monitoring basal body temperature and cervical mucus can give you better clues for when you are ovulating, but many women need to be trained in how to do this.

aishii -- the clearblue fertility monitor is the one that I've heard about, but I have not tried it myself.
