yes, if u want a baby then after the intercourse, stay on the bed for about 10-15 minutes and relax.
we are trying the syringe method,
This is the very first time Ive heard of this thing..is this authentic? I mean did some doc recommend it or is it self motivated by the IUI method?

nazia, though i haven't heard of the syringe method, in theory it makes some sense, i suppose. just wanted to add that make sure you are near ovulation or ovulating when you try for the baby. it seems obvious, but a great number of women don't know exactly when they ovulate. have you guys been trying for a baby during ovulation week?

nazia, its ok to talk about it (or not)....but listen, this syringe method is no better than the "regular" way. Very early pregnancy CAN surely cause vomiting but I never had a single vomit in any of my 6 pregnancies. Everyone is vastly different.
If you have fertility concerns, you should really see a fertility specialist.

Mehnaz: I gained a lot of weight too...i guess somethings u can control and others u can't. During my 4th month I gained 10 pounds....I know that is crazy...I stopped vomiting and started gaining so much. Now it is kind of under control mashallah.
Sadzz and wanabe: It was just something that came to my mind since I have to go to the bathroom a lot now...sadz ur lucky u don't really have to go...wanabe I was thinking the samething just use the huge wheelchair stalls...

My doctor told me to put virgin olive oil on my stomach instead of cocoa butter to help the dryness, itchiness and to avoid stretch marks.
Has anybody else tried this? She goes it works better than cocoa butter.

I am having my first baby in late November. I am 17 weeks along and gained 10 pounds so far- mostly around the stomach. I can still wear some of my pre-pregnancy clothing. I had constant vomiting the first 2 months- totally unbearable but thank God everything is fine now. We went for a sonogram a couple of days ago and the baby actually laughed for a minute or so. I was so amazing! Congrats to all the moms and mom-to-bes and best of luck!

eat what you like, but eat less. drink enough water. avoid very hot, spicy and oily foods. minimize or leave wine and smoking, if you do take these infrequently. do some light regulr excercvise. most importantly, follow your dr's dietary instructions. go for regular checkup and screening of the growing baby.

read soorah mariyum daily, and dua nasur un munalah wa fath un qareeb,,,,, allah maff kary mery spelling wron ho sakty hain,,, i was reading this dua during delivery, and droud sharif also,, don,t be scared allah will give you extra strength and my best wishes will be with u inshallah
