i did in previous cycles, but i think it was my progestrone levels spiking in anticipation of pregnancy. sadly, AF showed up 
this time around, i have nothing. no symptoms of any kind, not even ovulation ones- so i don’t know if i even ovulated this month or if the past months where i had extreme symptoms were the odd ones…
