is it possible to get pregnancy symptoms just a few days after conception (i.e. 3 days after)? i.e. feeling tired and abit nauseous sometimes?..or does it take much longer for them symptoms to start?
I stopped using protection a week ago (i didnt take any pills etc…just barrier methods etc)…and considering that was my most fertile time of the month in these past few days…could it be possible im pregnant…or is it just in my mind?
just want to ask from ladies experiences, how soon do you start feeling the symptoms? cuz im feeling tired, nauseous at times…and just different…dont know how to explain it
I am not sure about this as I found out about 4 weeks in to my pregnancy that I was pregnant. I had awful nausea and aches in my body. I know someone that knew a couple of days after as well because she started getting the symptoms and feeling that she was pregnant.
It is possible to get the symptoms early on. I started getting them 2 days later. Took all the uneasiness thinking something else was going on. Then went to ER & found out I was 5 weeks pregnant :D
im starting to feel that too but its so frustrating that I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks before i can actually do the test…cuz my periods are due after 2 weeks…

from everything i've read, early pregnancy symptoms don't show up until about two-three weeks after conception at the earliest. implantation alone can take up to a week because it takes time for the little fertilized bit to travel in your body and end up in the uterus, and unless that occurs, your body wouldn't be producing enough hcg for it to recognize you're pregnant and start displaying symptoms.
its unfortunate that pg symptoms are so similar to pms... makes things very confusing and when you really want a baby, its all one big mind f**k, you know? ugh.
what i have noticed though is that i get a lot of pg-like symptoms right after i ovulate, like on the next day. my bbs get very sore and swollen, i have mild nausea, i'm bloated, aches and pains etc.
turns out its all part of your body prepping up for a possible pregnancy, and progesterone dominates your system which causes water retention and your hormones being all over the map. i also usually get very emo right before and right after ovulation.
do you know when you ovulated?
having said all of that, anything is possible! i'd say what you already know- hold on until you miss your period and then test. and if you can't wait, you can also test up to 4 days sooner with the hpt's these days- first response is supposed to be better than the clear blue ones. good luck! i hope you are pregnant! :) in the meantime, eat healthy, start taking prenatal vitamins and folic acid, and try not to stress!

Got the symptoms 2 days after conception. Achy body. Tiredness. I used to get these weird period like cramps just spread wider in my abdomen though. Then 2 weeks later leg cramps. Man where they bad. I was so naive that I thought of all other illnesses lol but the fact that I might have conceived never crossed my mind. I live 5500 ft above sea level & I remember we went up the mountains & I got hit by the worse nausea ever. I actually saw many weird, scary dreams in that first month. Hormonal changes maybe. This is all way before I found out I was pregnant :)

SGC it IS possible to get all the symptoms way before the time line you have mentioned. I am a living example of that. As far as I have learned anything is possible when it comes to pregnancies & deliveries.

Every woman's body has individual way of identifying pregnancy symptoms. Some start getting them right away where as some don't realize till they are 4 months pregnant.
I am not sure about this whole weird dreams connecting to hormones or why it happens. It does happen. That's for sure. I know this might sound weird but I rarely see dreams probably once every 2-3 months. But I remember literally having nightmares in the first four weeks. I used to wake up sobbing & scared. As far as I can remember only had a nightmare once in my dream when I was 15 years old. But pregnancy time I saw all sorts of weird dreams. Last trimester I saw many pleasant dreams though.
I remember Sahar once wrote pregnancy is a mind game. She was so darn write about it. Even when you haven't conceived or even when are you done delivering there are so many ifs & buts out there.

I dont usually feel like this though...when i ovulate or before PMs......and I know these next 2 weeks will go sooo slow now :D
Im due tomorrow too and have been having cramps all week..like i usually do...i always think....whenever i am pregnant..will i not get these cramps before my periods? I dont think im pregnant due to these cramps...but i am feeling really tired, hungry, sick, sleepy and am going to the bathroom a lot which is wierd for me....but again...im thinking maybe this is because im due...
i hate the fact that period symptoms are the same as pregnancy symptoms...so confusing! :S
wel i had the symtoms b4 even my periods date .... I felt nausea, n i couldnt be able 2 eat anything... felt sleepy all time...bt theze thingz vary from person to person,,, u can have a BHCG test right nw 2 confirm... hav u got ne kidz b4? best ov luck :)

That’s true. But you also have to relax & let it come to you naturally if you know what I mean. If you think about it much your mind is not relaxed & relaxation does play a big part in conceiving.
