So question to all the pregnant ladies!
What signs of early pregnancy did you have that made you suspect you were pregnant?
And how many days late were you when you finally took the test?
--My face was really hot and I felt like I was blushing all the time
--I woke up 2-3 times during the night to go pee
--Lots of breast soreness
The confusing thing about early pregnancy symptoms is that many of them are the same as PMS symptoms!
I first tested positive when I was about five days late with an at-home test.

The first time:
i Had to go pee a lot
wierd pulling cramps
I was due in a day or two when i first tested positive
The second time around:
no symptoms at all, i just felt like testing. i wasnt even late yet.

a few days late, and I just had a feeling.
Whenever I had been late, I'd make a mental note to buy a hpt. almost immediately i would end up not needing it.

In the first couple of weeks (when it was too early to test) I found myself to be REALLY thirsty all the time. I also had a cramping feeling for at least a week or ten days before I could test (about a week after ovulation). I think that may have been from implantation. My breasts were also tender. As NYCGori said, many of these symptoms are the same as PMS.
We were trying and tracking pretty carefully, so I tested as early as I possibly could (12 dpo) and got a few faint positives in a row. Then a couple days later I went in for a blood test.

I had severly sore breasts and headaches a few days before I tested. I think I also recall having strange twinges too but that I always have when I am due/time of month. The breast soreness was a new thing for me…

Leg & abdominal cramps, fatigue, frequent urination, sore breasts, back pain, sence of smell had gotten really strong.
Never got to taking any test at home. Bore all this for a month & one day I went to ER with really bad cramping thinking I had a blood clot. Turned out I was 5 weeks on the go :)

- extreme fatigue ... I could sleep for hours on end during the day - very much unlike me
- needing to go to the bathroom like every 5 minutes (I kid you not)
- metal taste in mouth

not married yet, but was wondering. My periods are always late... wouldnt that be a conflict?

Miami. I had kind of the same problem. Not irregular all the time. But there was sometimes a two month interval after 3,4 regular months. Everyone told me it was because I was stressed out about the wedding & all. I don't know what to beleive. I find it to be a desi myth that if you don't have regular periods it'll be hard for you to conceive or if you use pills you won't be able to conceive later on.

the first one is not a myth.
your period happens when your uterine lining breaks down. if you don't have a regular period, your uterine lining hasn't built up, so therefore there's nothing for your fertilized egg to implant itself into.
the pills one, though, is a myth.

^ Also, if you're not having your period, it also likely means you're not ovulating. No egg, no baby!
But thankfully, modern medicine has helped many women get passed that obstacle!

oh god no!!! lol I do get my period but like a week late, two weeks late. Kinda like that. Never on the same date. Very rarely do i miss a month

I missed my periods , used to feel dizzy , sleep alotttttt , was loosing my appetite and felt morning sickness once or twice before i got my test results.
But most of all I just had the feeling that i am pregnant .....
